Founder & Managing Partner
Lourdes López is a senior executive search consultant with over 20 years of international experience advising C-level leaders and boards on strategic leadership appointments.
She has successfully led searches across Europe, the Americas, and Africa, partnering with fintech scale-ups, private equity-backed growth companies, and global financial institutions. Her work spans both high-growth ventures and established firms navigating transformation.
Lourdes combines deep market insight with a strategic, research-led approach to executive search. Known for her discretion, sound judgment, and ability to engage with senior leadership, she builds long-term partnerships grounded in trust and results.
She teaches in the master’s programs in Fintech and Artificial Intelligence at the University of Barcelona, and has completed executive education in leadership at the London Business School. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Catalan, and with a background in psychology, she brings a cross-cultural perspective and a rigorous, human-centered approach to leadership advisory.

Marta Santos is a leadership consultant with over 25 years of international experience supporting executives and organizations in human-centered transformation.
She has held leadership roles in consulting and in-house HR across Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the Middle East, combining strategic vision with deep expertise in people development, organizational change, and leadership innovation.
As founder of RHevolution, Marta partners with companies navigating growth, complexity, and cultural renewal. Her career includes senior positions at Boyden, EY, Deloitte, and KPMG, as well as executive leadership in the transport and industrial sectors. She brings a unique ability to design and deliver leadership development programs, assessment frameworks, and people strategies tailored to each organization's context.
Marta holds executive education in Leadership and Innovation from MIT, in Leadership from ESADE, and in Mentoring from Nova SBE. She is certified in Executive Coaching (PCC - ICF) and tools such as PROPHET, DISC, and Team Management Systems.
She brings a rigorous yet empathetic approach to leadership advisory, grounded in trust, relevance, and impact.
