She has led senior-level searches and advisory projects across Europe, LATAM, Africa and the Americas, partnering with private banking institutions, global consulting firms, high-growth technology companies and regulated financial entities.

In addition to her advisory work, Lourdes teaches in the Master’s programmes in Fintech and Artificial Intelligence at the University of Barcelona, and she has completed executive education in leadership at London Business School.
